Media Release: City Building Services Aims to Raise $5,000 for Cancer Council Australia Daffodil Day

Tragically, approximately 150,000 Australians are diagnosed with cancer every year. Whether it's yourself, your loved ones or friends – so many Australians are touched by cancer every year.

The Daffodil Day is the Cancer Council's most iconic fundraising event where Australians come together and donate money to help prevent and stop cancer once and for all. This year, the Cancer Council's goal is to raise $2 million for life saving cancer research on Daffodil Day – Friday, 28th August.

The team at City Building Services have come together with a goal fundraiser of $5,000. City Building Services encourages all staff, friends, family, clients & networks to contribute where they can, and if they can – and a reminder that all donation of $2 or more are 100 percent tax deductible.

Every contribution counts, no matter how big or small – and if you're not in a position to make a donation, you can help too by raising funds or sharing the Cancer Council's Daffodil Day campaign among your own networks.
